Personnaly I prefere training , frencly the memoire is useless because most of us would be teachers and to aquire experience and savoir -faire about the field we have to go farther and fallow the middle-school teachers' advises , and believe me dear freinds , teaching is not an easy job at all . you have to work hard seriously .

i, somehow, agree with u but i don't find that mémoir is useless if u work at it choosing an interesting topic that will be consequently a source for other's researches !
it's all abt believing in sth that u love to do despite of every one's futur or career

So, here the answer: the training is just great; an incredible experience at least for me!
The dessertation: It sucks!!!Tiring, Boring, and above all:marked and counted with the average!!!! bfffff
